Spooling device:
1. The rope winding device of the winch (spooling device winch) adopts the principle of double rotating screw to drive the rope wheel to move back and forth,It is mechanical transmission device, easy to use, safe and reliable.
2. The winch rope arranging device consists of six parts, namely, power output part, transmission box, clutch, spiral sleeve part, rope supporting part and base.
3. In the installation process, does not require any part of the transformation of the winch, only needs to install the outer gear on the winch motor side, the power of the motor output.
Characteristics of hydraulic winch
Hydraulic winch is mainly rated load larger winch, under normal circumstances more than 10T to 5000T winch design hydraulic winch.
Its structure is mainly composed of hydraulic motor (low speed or high speed motor), hydraulic normally closed multi-disc brake, planetary gear box, clutch (optional), drum, supporting shaft, frame, rope press (optional) and so on. Hydraulic motor has high mechanical efficiency, large starting torque, and can request according to the working condition of flow distribution with different, still can design according to need directly integrated in the motor oil distribution valve group, such as belt balance valve, the overload valve, shuttle valve, high pressure control reversing valve or other performance of the valve group, brake, planetary gear box installed directly in the drum, Drum, support shaft, frame design according to mechanical requirements, the overall structure is simple and reasonable and has enough strength and rigidity. Therefore, this series winch has the characteristics of compact structure, small size, light weight and beautiful appearance, and has the characteristics of good safety, high efficiency, large starting torque, good low-speed stability, low noise and reliable operation in performance.
